We Heart Perth & Kinross-shire!

We are proud to be supporting the Heart 200.  The brand new touring route of approximately 200 miles around Perth, Stirling, The Trossachs and Highland Perthshire.

The route links Scotland’s two national parks, Loch Lomond & the Trossachs and the Cairngorms and encompasses everything that turns any road trip an odyssey. Modelled on the hugely successful North Coast 500, business leaders and tourism professionals are hoping that Heart 200 will generate interest in and income for, all communities on the route.

Each section highlights its own strengths. From culture and history to food and activities, as well as more practical information like accommodation and where to fill up on coffee and petrol.

The Southern Boundary covers Kinross-shire and the Heart 200 interactive map shows users just where to find every point of interest in the area. Users will find The Court House Coffee Bar & Restaurant in the Eat and Drink tab, known locally as a top spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend specials and their famous wood-fired pizzas.

We are sure that the route will help to bring much needed tourism spend to Kinross, an often overlooked part of Perthshire. Rich in history and culture and a place of outstanding natural beauty, you can get pretty fantastic pizza here too!

Jerry Alexander, owner of The Court House Coffee Shop & Restaurant said, “Like everyone in Kinross, we are immensely proud of our little town and we want to share it with the world.  The new Heart 200 driving route is a great way for us and other local businesses and attractions to showcase why a visit to Kinross should be a must for anyone who wants to experience the Heart of Scotland.”
