The Court House is all about supporting the community. So recently, we met with a local accommodation provider in Milnathort who takes part in our Guest Discount Scheme.

Our scheme offers 10% single use discount cards to B&B, AirBnB and holiday let businesses who would like to be able to offer a little something extra for their guests.

Burleigh Farm Cottage

We met with Freda who owns the lovely Burleigh Farm Cottage. A stunning two-bedroom holiday let with views of Burleigh Castle in a beautiful woodland garden setting. The cottage is within walking distance of the village of Milnathort and the Loch Leven Heritage Trail . Its the perfect place for a break. Dogs are very welcome and the cottage has a large fully fenced garden. Not only that, but also an outdoor dining area and a fire-pit for those all-important holiday barbecues!

Supporting Local

Freda is a great host who is keen to give her guests a warm Loch Leven welcome. She provides welcome hampers with local produce that her guests love. A great way to support local businesses and promote artisan producers in Kinross-shire to a wider audience. She also puts together a local information booklet full of useful advice on things to do, places to visit and local attractions.

As a member of the Court House Guest Discount Scheme, Burleigh Cottage receives regular stocks of our 10% single use discount cards. These can be provided to guests to use for sit-in or takeaway dining at the Court House. We are delighted to be able to offer this scheme and encourage any other holiday let providers to get in touch and register their accommodation with us and join the scheme.
