A Fresh Chapter for The Court House, Kinross

Court House, Kinross

Over the past few years, The Court House has been lovingly restored and reimagined as a multi-use space for work, connection, and creativity. Many will know it for its café and events, but at its heart, it’s become a thriving business hub — home to more than 30 members from businesses across Perth and Kinross, Fife, and Clackmannanshire.

Members are attracted to the venue for its thoughtful restoration, flexible workspace options, and welcoming community atmosphere.

To strengthen its focus on supporting businesses to thrive, The Court House is welcoming a new specialist operator, Cohere, and investing further in its facilities – including plans to create more private offices in early 2026.

Cohere has grown out of the building’s previous operator, LibertySpace, and was created to focus entirely on providing high-quality workspace experiences at The Court House and other premium locations across Scotland.

Importantly, members will continue to see the same friendly faces they know and trust – the on-site management team will stay the same, keeping everything running smoothly and preserving the friendly atmosphere members have come to expect.

Several new private offices are set to open in early 2026, complementing the existing nine offices and spacious coworking lounge. The Court House continues to grow as the area’s only multi-occupancy workspace of its kind.

“This marks a really positive step for us and for our members,” said Megan Brown, Operations Manager at Cohere.

“Currently, over 30 members use The Court House as a flexible base – helping them reduce commutes, enjoy a change of scenery from home, and connect with other like-minded professionals. As Cohere, we’re better positioned to focus on enhancing our operations, supporting our members, and continuing to invest in the spaces that make The Court House so special.”
